Darkest dungeon 2 release update#
As part of Darkest Dungeon II‘s Suffer No Sin update for the Epic Games Store version, the fan favourite character, The Vestal, has been added to the roster of playable heroes. If you have to go this route, avoid combat as much as you can and rush for the Inn.Ahead of Red Hook Studios’ Darkest Dungeon II leaving Steam Early Access this May, the developers have announced a pleasant surprise for longtime fans. Don't forget to use Glint In The Dark as soon as an enemy hits Death's Door. She won't be able to keep this up forever, especially since she only has three bottles of Absinthe per battle - have the rest of your party finish off the enemy as quick as they can. When she needs healing, have the Graverobber take a sip of Absinthe, which will also give her a stack of Dodge. This will draw most attacks to the Graverobber and mitigate much of the damage. Once the Graverobber is in Stealth, use Repartee to gain two Taunts and three Dodges. You'll need to use Shadow Fade to keep Stealth up unless you've been very lucky with Trinket drops. If your tank is dead and you need to keep the rest of the party alive, some quick skill swaps can make the Graverobber a passable tank - albeit one that avoids damage rather than soaking it up:Įxchange Dead of Night for Absinthe and Poison Dart for Repartee. Lunge, followed up with Pick To The Face, is a fast and efficient way of finishing off a stubborn foe. From there, wear down the monsters with Poison Dart and clear them with Dead Of Night once they fall. The basic plan for the Graverobber is to start in the front of the party, opening each fight with Pirouette to put some damage on the two front enemies right away.
